Dude. Let it go. You are cruising for a forum ban by ignoring and insulting the ISDs and continually breaking the forum regulations. There is no "rule" that prevents you from posting chat logs on your private website, the major Eve News sites do it all the time. That is just a rule for these forums, similar to the ones you are repeatedly breaking here by dragging this thread off-topic over and over.

Players getting together and funding a joint effort to change New Eden is the very definition of emergent game play. You don't have to like it - in fact not liking it is sort of the point - but it explicitly allowed and even encouraged by CCP for players to make their own content. Go fight the New Order in-game or on your own blog, not by "ruining the fun" of others by shitting up this thread over and over again just be cause you don't like something like a spoiled child.

Yes, that is permissible. As you say CCP cannot regulate or control the internet. Besides, posting chat logs is an accepted practice and done on almost every Eve news site or private blog and is out of the control of CCP. I am sure there is some discretion there and if the ISD's decide you are only doing it to troll or inflame other posters they might step in, but in general, CCP cannot control what players say and post outside the game and their forums.

They do have control over this forum however which runs on CCP hardware and is managed by CCP employees. They have decided that posting chat logs is verboten, as is by the way personal attacks, trolling, and discussing moderation, all of which you are engaging in here.

Why should the link be removed? Because the New Order blew up your empty shuttle last month, just before you start with your off-topic ranting?

Eve is suppose to have conflict and villains. CCP as advertised the game as "be the villain", and again underscored it in the Citadel Expansion trailer which has the tagline "Build Your Dreams; Wreck Their Dreams". If some players behave badly when they lose a mining ship to one of these villains, someone should shine a light on it. Much of the bad behaviour featured on minerbumping is despicable, not to mention EULA-breaking, and has no place in civilized society. It is not "bullying" to hold people accountable for their terrible behaviour towards another human being.

This is, of course, completely off-topic. I am not even sure why I am bothering to engage with you as this post will be expunged, along with all your previous rule-breaking posts as before. If you don't like something or think someone is misbehaving on these forums, use the proper channels and either flag it to the ISD and explain why you think something is wrong, or use the convenient "block" button and you will never be bothered by something you don't like ever again.
